Terrible Customer Service

"I ordered a 6 pack bundle and was disappointed, I did not see any results. Their website claims to have a money back guarantee if you ship back the empty jars. I shipped my empty jars to them and it has been over a month and I have still not received my refund. I have emailed their customer service multiple times with picture proof they received the empty jars and they take weeks to reply or they just don’t reply at all. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. Based on this customer service experience I can’t recommend this to anyone. 0/10"
