Like anything else, healthy skin is a process. While we do not promise a magic cream that solves all your skin issues, we are confident that with at least 90 days of continued use, you will start seeing improved results and dare we say, fall in LOVE with your skin again?! 😍

We offer a Money-Back Guarantee on Bumpology Bump Butter when you purchase 3 or 6 bottles. You must use the product as directed for 90 days. Returns are accepted 90 days after the purchase date, up to one year from the purchase date. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product. It’s important to KEEP YOUR BOTTLES. You must return the bottles to be eligible for a refund - even if they are empty. Only bottles that are returned back will be refunded. The maximum number of bottles you can return is 6.

Your original shipping fee is non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping to our facility.

Please note, our Money-Back Guarantee applies to purchases made on bumpology.com If your items are purchased at one of our authorized retail or 3rd party partners or Amazon, you will need to contact them directly and follow their return policy/guidelines.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened product and get a full refund of the purchase price up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Purchases made during Black Friday, Cyber Week and Semi Annual Sales are final sale items. If you would like to return your order you must ship back your bottles for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer must pay for return shipping.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a separate statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. This EU right of withdrawal is separate from, and does not limit, our standard return policy or Money-Back Guarantee.

To exercise your EU right of withdrawal, you may use our online withdrawal request button/form here: EU Withdrawal Request. After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation. You may also contact us at support@bumpology.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

For eligible EU withdrawal requests, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable EU consumer law, including refunding standard outbound delivery costs where required. Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the product unless applicable law requires otherwise. For health and hygiene reasons, certain opened or unsealed personal care products may not be eligible for return under the EU right of withdrawal where an exception applies under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under EU or local law.

RETURN STEPS:

  1. Submit a return request here: support@bumpology.com. Please include your order number. Please allow our Bumpology Customer care team up to 48 hours to approve this request. You will receive return information via email once this step has been completed.
  2. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Bumpology does not cover the return shipping cost.
  3. Please allow 5 business days once Bumpology has received the returned package to process your return. Once we have completed the return, you will receive an email confirming both the return and refund have been completed. Please note, all refunds are applied to the original method of payment.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Purchases made during our semi-annual, black friday or cyber week sales are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date.
    • The items must be mailed back with all bottles (regardless if they're empty) with your name and order number.
    • Bumpology products purchased at retailers, or amazon.com do not qualify for the Money Back Guarantee Program.
    • The maximum return that can be refunded is 6 bottles.
    • Returns only valid for purchases made from www.bumpology.com

    OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

    • All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
    • Customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. We cannot change a shipping address after order placement.
    • We do not collect or require any taxes outside the jurisdiction of the United States of America. Any import taxes or duties required by your local laws will be your responsibility.
