You must use the product as directed for 90 days. Returns are accepted 90 days after the purchase date, up to one year from the purchase date. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product. It’s important to KEEP YOUR CONTAINERS. You must return the jars to be eligible for a refund - even if they are empty. Only jars that are returned will be refunded. The maximum number of jars you can return is 6. Your original shipping fee is non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping to our facility. Please note, our Money-Back Guarantee applies to purchases made on bumpology.com. If your items are purchased from a 3rd party retailer or Amazon, you will need to contact them directly and follow their return policy/guidelines.
Standard Return Policy: Separately from our Money-Back Guarantee, all customers may return any unopened product for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. Purchases made during Black Friday, Cyber Week, and Semi-Annual Sales are final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a separate statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. This right is separate from our Bumpology Happiness Guarantee. You can exercise this right using our EU withdrawal form/button here: EU Withdrawal Request. If you use the online withdrawal feature, we will send you confirmation by email without undue delay. For EU statutory withdrawals, we will refund payments as required by applicable law, including standard outbound delivery costs where required. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
