We hope you and your loved ones are staying healthy and safe during this time. With increasing Government guidance around how to stay safe, we wanted to let you know about everything we are doing to keep you and all of our employees protected during this time.

SHIPPING

We appreciate your patience and understanding with the shipping delays. Due to the impact of COVID-19, it may take significantly longer than usual for your order to arrive. We are working on getting orders out to you as quickly as possible. Keep an eye on your email for all order updates. 

As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure all deliveries arrive safely. The wellbeing of our customers is a top priority, and all necessary precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of customers and couriers during this time, including contact-free deliveries. Parcels will be left in a safe place.

Additionally, our team is taking extra precautions when handling packages and is equipped with the appropriate cleaning wipes and disinfectants to wipe down high touch point areas within our facility. All team members are required to wear gloves when handling any products or packages.

RETURNS/CANCELATIONS

All orders once placed are finalized, and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once dispatched. Click here for additional information regarding our return policy.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
