OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Bumpology “One Order On Us” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 18, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

The Promotion Period consists of three (3) separate Daily Entry Periods:

Daily Entry Period 1: September 16, 2026, from 12:00:00 a.m. through 11:59:59 p.m. PT.

Daily Entry Period 2: September 17, 2026, from 12:00:00 a.m. through 11:59:59 p.m. PT.

Daily Entry Period 3: September 18, 2026, from 12:00:00 a.m. through 11:59:59 p.m. PT.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers and directors of Bumpology Ltd. Company (“Sponsor” or “Bumpology”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.

International customers are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes, regardless of whether they are eligible to participate in any separately advertised Bumpology sale, discount or other promotion.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “Sponsor” and “Bumpology” refer to Bumpology Ltd. Company.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) methods of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

A. Entry With Purchase

During a Daily Entry Period, an eligible entrant may place an eligible order through Bumpology.com. Upon completion of the eligible order, the purchaser will automatically receive one (1) entry into the drawing corresponding to that Daily Entry Period.

Only purchases made by eligible legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia are eligible for entry into the Sweepstakes. Orders placed by individuals who are not eligible under Section 2, including residents of countries outside the United States, will not receive a Sweepstakes entry.

Only completed, bona fide consumer purchases are eligible. Orders that are canceled, fraudulent, invalid or otherwise determined by Sponsor not to constitute a bona fide purchase may be disqualified.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

during the applicable Daily Entry Period and complete and submit the entry form with all requested information, including the entrant’s name, email address, state of residence, confirmation that the entrant is at least eighteen (18) years of age, and agreement to these Official Rules.

A properly completed and timely submitted free entry will receive one (1) entry into the same drawing as purchase entries received during the applicable Daily Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Daily Entry Period, regardless of method of entry.

Multiple purchases during the same Daily Entry Period will not provide an entrant with additional entries. An entrant who receives an entry through an eligible purchase and also submits a free entry during the same Daily Entry Period will still receive a maximum of one (1) entry for that Daily Entry Period.

A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Purchase entries and non-purchase entries will be treated equally in the applicable drawing.

Automated, bulk, robotic, fraudulent or otherwise improper entries are prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that Sponsor reasonably determines violates these Official Rules.

5. RANDOM DRAWINGS AND ODDS

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Daily Entry Period, for a total of three (3) potential winners during the Sweepstakes.

Each Daily Entry Period constitutes a separate drawing. Entries received during one Daily Entry Period will not carry over into another Daily Entry Period.

Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative using a random selection method.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Daily Entry Period.

6. PRIZES

A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded, one (1) for each Daily Entry Period.

If the selected winner entered through an eligible Bumpology purchase: The winner will receive a refund of the eligible amount actually paid for the winning Bumpology order after discounts and before excluded charges, up to a maximum prize value of $250.

If the selected winner entered without making a purchase: The winner will receive a $250 Bumpology electronic gift card.

The maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $250.

The maximum aggregate ARV of all prizes offered in the Sweepstakes is $750.

For a purchase winner whose eligible order amount is less than $250, the prize will equal the eligible amount actually paid. The difference between the eligible order amount and $250 will not be awarded in cash, credit, gift card or any other form.

Unless otherwise stated by Sponsor, shipping charges, taxes, duties, gift cards and other non-merchandise charges are not included when determining the refundable order amount.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Bumpology electronic gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Bumpology gift cards.

All federal, state and local taxes and any other expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address associated with their eligible purchase or free entry.

A potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary for Sponsor to verify the potential winner’s identity, eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of Sponsor’s initial notification, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for the applicable Daily Entry Period.

A potential winner is not an official winner until Sponsor has verified the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

8. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS AND NAME DISCLOSURE

By accepting a prize, each winner agrees that Sponsor may publicly announce and identify the winner in connection with the Sweepstakes, including through Bumpology’s website, email communications, Instagram account and other Bumpology-owned social media channels.

Unless the winner separately agrees to a broader disclosure, Sponsor may identify the winner using the winner’s first name and last initial and, at Sponsor’s option, city and/or state of residence.

For example: “Congratulations to Sarah M. from California — yesterday’s One Order On Us winner!”

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city and/or state of residence, prize information and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes relating to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, notification or permission.

Sponsor will not publicly disclose a winner’s street address, email address, telephone number, order details or other private contact information as part of a winner announcement.

Any use of a winner’s full name, photograph, likeness, video, testimonial, social media handle or other additional identifying information for promotional purposes will be subject to any additional consent required by applicable law or requested by Sponsor.

9. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

A prize awarded to a purchase entrant is intended to refund the eligible amount actually paid for the winning order, subject to the $250 maximum prize value.

If a winning purchase has already been refunded, canceled, charged back or otherwise reversed before the Sweepstakes prize is awarded, Sponsor may determine that the associated purchase entry is invalid and may select an alternate winner from the applicable Daily Entry Period.

Receipt of a Sweepstakes refund does not alter Sponsor’s standard return policies.

If merchandise from a winning order is subsequently returned, Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to adjust any subsequent merchandise refund as necessary to prevent the winner from receiving more than the amount actually paid for merchandise retained.

Nothing in this section limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable law.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, manipulate the Sweepstakes, submit fraudulent entries, interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be administered as contemplated due to fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that materially affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, award any affected prize from among eligible entries received before the action was taken.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or otherwise invalid entries resulting from technical or human error beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except to the extent such claims cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award prizes and otherwise as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Entering the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required by applicable law.

13. INSTAGRAM AND META DISCLAIMER

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the awarding of prizes.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Bumpology and not to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

14. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue provided by applicable law and any enforceable terms governing use of Bumpology.com.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights an entrant may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

15. WINNERS LIST

For the names of the winners, send a request to Support@bumpology.com with the subject line “Bumpology One Order On Us Winners” within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may also announce winners on Bumpology’s website, Instagram account, email communications or other Bumpology-owned channels as described in Section 8.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s agreement to these Official Rules.
